Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients and partners.
- Visit client sites to assess needs and provide expert consultation on auxiliary system implementations.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to prepare technical proposals, quotations, and sales strategies.
- Resolve complex product-related inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and product knowledge materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical questions during the sales cycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineering or Technical Sales role.
- Strong understanding of auxiliary systems, industrial equipment, or relevant engineering principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of building relationships and closing deals in a B2B environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
