Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase industrial automation capabilities.
- Manage assigned sales territories to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Perform on-site visits and build strong relationships with clients to understand their operational challenges.
- Collaborate with the technical engineering team to customize automation solutions and prepare detailed technical proposals.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, contracts, and regular sales reports for management review.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
- Support the pre-sales process, including attending trade shows and technical workshops.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or a related technical field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; relevant internships or projects are a plus.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation concepts, PLCs, SCADA, or robotics is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to travel within the region for client meetings and site inspections.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
