Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within government institutions
- Design and present technical solutions for fire protection and MEP systems
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key government stakeholders
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for government clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution compliance with government regulations
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals aligned with government procurement processes
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in government sector
- Track sales pipeline and achieve quarterly revenue targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in technical sales, preferably with government clients
- Deep knowledge of fire protection systems and MEP solutions
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian government procurement processes
- Proven track record in developing government sector relationships
- Ability to translate technical specifications into business value
- Certification in fire safety systems (e.g., NFPA, FIA) is advantageous
