Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mining and heavy industry sector.
- Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to meet specific site operational requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and equipment demonstrations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and technical site assessment to contract closing.
- Collaborate with the engineering and service teams to ensure seamless equipment deployment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and technical requirements using CRM tools.
- Provide after-sales technical support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term equipment performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mining Engineering (or equivalent technical field).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within heavy equipment or mining industries.
- Strong understanding of mining machinery, hydraulic systems, or heavy industrial operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and professional presentation software.
- Willingness to travel to mining sites across the Bicol region as required.
