In this pivotal role, you will act as the technical bridge between our innovative cooling and ventilation solutions and our diverse portfolio of industrial and commercial clients.

As a Sales Engineer, you will leverage your deep understanding of HVAC architecture to solve complex climate control challenges. We are seeking a solution-oriented professional who can communicate technical value propositions effectively, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue in a high-growth environment. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC sector across the Jakarta region.
  • Conduct technical site surveys and provide expert consulting on HVAC system design and energy-efficient configurations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to stakeholders, contractors, and project managers.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to final contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and seamless post-sales implementation.
  • Stay current with building automation, HVAC regulations, and industry trends to position Johnson Controls as a thought leader.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering or technical account management within the HVAC or Building Services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling load calculations, and energy management solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate technical specifications into business benefits.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and technical design tools like AutoCAD or BIM software is a plus.
