Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial automation sector within the assigned territory
- Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized automation solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Provide after-sales support and technical guidance to customers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in technical sales or business development
- Knowledge of industrial automation products (PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, motors)
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Malay
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
