Tanggung Jawab
- Present technical product demonstrations and solutions to industrial clients in manufacturing and production sectors
- Develop customized MRO solutions addressing equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate client requirements into actionable proposals
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging opportunities in industrial automation
- Train clients on product functionality and best practices for implementation
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to maintain solution relevance
- Prepare technical documentation including proposal specifications and ROI analyses
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years experience in technical sales or engineering roles within industrial MRO sector
- Strong proficiency in industrial automation systems, SCADA, and predictive maintenance technologies
- Certification in industrial safety standards (ISO 55001, ISO 14001 preferred)
- Expert knowledge of industrial equipment lifecycle management and spare parts logistics
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP) and sales analytics tools
