Join Anradus as a Sales Engineer – Industrial Pumps and Equipment and play a key role in expanding our presence across the Central Region of Singapore. In this full‑time position, you will manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying new opportunities in the industrial pump sector.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly to inquiries, conducting on‑site visits, and delivering tailored sales support to address technical and operational challenges. By combining deep product knowledge with a consultative sales approach, you will develop solutions that meet clients’ needs, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.
Working closely with our engineering and marketing teams, you will gather market intelligence, prepare compelling proposals, and ensure smooth handover of projects. - Manage and expand existing customer accounts, focusing on retention, upselling, and cross‑selling industrial pump solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing technical advice, quotations, and solution recommendations.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess client needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure on‑site support.
- Prepare and present proposals, sales presentations, and technical documentation to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to develop new product launch strategies.
- Track sales performance metrics, forecast revenue, and report on pipeline status to senior management.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product developments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales or account management within the industrial equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of industrial pumps, fluid systems, and related equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites across the Central Region and occasionally nationwide.
- Self‑motivated with a target‑driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
