Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute technical sales strategies for process analyzers in the Pulp & Paper segment
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase analyzer capabilities
- Collaborate with clients to identify pain points and design customized instrumentation solutions
- Provide pre-sales technical support including system design, ROI analysis, and implementation planning
- Partner with R&D to gather customer feedback and contribute to product enhancement
- Train internal teams and clients on advanced analyzer technologies and applications
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales engineering or technical sales roles
- Deep understanding of Pulp & Paper manufacturing processes and instrumentation needs
- Strong knowledge of process analyzer technologies (spectroscopy, chromatography, etc.)
- Proven track record in developing industrial sales strategies and achieving targets
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business value
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; willingness for domestic travel
