We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our team at Sarana Karyaputera Mandiri. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets by developing new customer relationships, presenting innovative product offerings, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will act as the technical liaison between our engineering team and our clients, guiding them through complex solutions and ensuring our products perfectly fit their needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase product capabilities.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across the assigned regions (Kalimantan, Jawa Tengah, Jabodetabek).
- Provide in-depth technical consultation and after-sales support to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to relay critical client feedback and market insights.
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, technical quotations, and contracts in a timely manner.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region to identify strategic growth areas.
- Travel to client sites and industry events as required to support sales activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Account Management.
- Strong understanding of the local markets in Kalimantan, Jawa Tengah, and Jabodetabek.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Bahasa Indonesia).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
