- Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to clients across various industries
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate compressed air solutions
- Prepare technical proposals and quotations tailored to specific client requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Conduct product training for clients and internal team members
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical sales or engineering sales
- Strong knowledge of compressed air systems and industrial equipment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer benefits
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and building client relationships
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel within Central Luzon region as required
