Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance and output
- Provide technical demonstrations and product training to prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to prepare technical proposals and solution designs
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment
- Document machine operations and prepare technical reports for continuous improvement
- Support customer on-site installations and commissioning processes
- Develop technical documentation including operation manuals and specifications
- Coordinate with engineering teams to enhance machine efficiency and safety
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in machine operation or technical sales support
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and engineering drawings
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and technical presentations
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
- Experience with preventive maintenance and diagnostic troubleshooting
- Certification in relevant machinery operation or industrial safety
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
