Tanggung Jawab
- Present and demonstrate technical products to clients in Makassar region
- Collaborate with sales team to develop customized technical solutions
- Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal teams
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and competitive analysis reports
- Act as primary technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle
- Gather and document customer requirements for product enhancement
- Coordinate with engineering teams to address technical inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in technical sales or pre-sales support role
- Strong proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud solutions
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
