Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys and feasibility studies to identify client requirements for BMS and automation systems.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to design customized automation solutions that meet client specifications.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and project handover.
- Provide technical after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful system implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in energy management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and end-users.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the BMS, PLC, SCADA, or Industrial Automation industry.
- Strong understanding of building automation concepts, energy management systems, and control logic.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and business goals.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client visits.
