- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and solutions
- Address technical inquiries and overcome customer objections throughout the sales process
- Create compelling technical documentation and proposals tailored to client needs
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively
- Provide post-sales technical support during implementation and transition phases
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to product development teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar technical sales role
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex products and solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Proficiency in Mandarin language (both written and spoken)
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
