Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the metal stamping and manufacturing industries.
- Provide technical sales support, including product demonstrations, site visits, and detailed presentations.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to customize solutions that meet specific client specifications.
- Prepare accurate technical proposals, quotations, and regular sales reports for management review.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in metal stamping.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in sales engineering, preferably within the manufacturing, metal stamping, or automotive sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of metal stamping processes, tooling, and manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage clients at all levels.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and manufacturing facilities as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
