- Develop and execute sales strategies for marine engines and generators in the assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams and distributors to ensure smooth sales processes
- Provide technical product knowledge and demonstrations to potential clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in marine engines or power generation
- Strong understanding of marine engine technology and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Fluency in English with additional language skills considered a plus
