Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of marine engines and generator sets through technical expertise and customer engagement.
- Conduct on-site visits and technical presentations to prospective clients in the West Region.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to tailor solutions to specific client requirements.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the marine sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipbuilders, OEMs, and power plant operators.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or technical sales within the marine or power generation industry.
- In-depth knowledge of marine engine systems, diesel generators, and auxiliary power systems.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Ability to travel regionally to meet clients and attend industry trade shows.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
