Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities and client accounts within the industrial sector in Cilegon and Banten.
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations of mechanical and electrical equipment to prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide expert technical consultation to recommend appropriate M&E solutions.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable sales agreements.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs, contributing directly to the company's revenue growth.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide market feedback, competitive analysis, and insights to the management team for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to ensure seamless project execution and post-sales service.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or sales engineering, preferably within the Mechanical & Electrical equipment industry.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial mechanical and electrical systems, components, and applications.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and develop new business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong customer focus.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential for technical documentation and international communications.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within Cilegon and Banten for client visits.
