Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations for solar and automation solutions
- Collaborate with sales team to develop customized technical proposals and quotations
- Perform site assessments to evaluate system requirements and integration feasibility
- Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting during implementation phases
- Train internal sales teams and key clients on product specifications and applications
- Monitor market trends and competitor technologies to identify new opportunities
- Coordinate with engineering teams to align product development with customer needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering role
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, electrical components, and solar technology
- Certification in relevant technical domains (e.g., PLC programming, solar installation) preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets in technical industries
- Proficiency in CRM software and technical documentation tools
