In this role, you will act as a bridge between our advanced lubricant technology and the manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, providing technical consultations to clients, and ensuring our metal forming lubricants provide optimal efficiency for our partners' production lines. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share in the metal forming industry.
- Provide expert technical guidance on lubricant applications, dilution ratios, and maintenance for metal forming machinery.
- Conduct on-site demonstrations and performance evaluations at client facilities to showcase product efficacy.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with production managers, plant engineers, and purchasing officers.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new sales leads within the Laguna manufacturing corridor and surrounding regions.
- Collaborate with the internal technical team to troubleshoot client issues and provide tailored lubrication solutions.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent technical field).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial lubricants, metalworking fluids, or heavy machinery.
- Strong understanding of metal forming processes (stamping, drawing, forging, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and result-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct site visits within the region.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
