Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Indonesian mining sector to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide expert technical pre-sales support, including equipment demonstrations, technical proposals, and solution consultations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with procurement managers, engineers, and plant operators in mining sites.
- Conduct professional presentations and seminars to showcase KROHNE's product portfolio and value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to customize instrumentation solutions for specific customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform regional sales strategies.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, Chemical, or Mining Engineering preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of technical sales experience, specifically within the mining or heavy industrial automation sectors.
- Solid understanding of process instrumentation (flow, level, pressure, temperature measurement) is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence technical decision-makers.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with strong proficiency in technical report writing.
- Willingness to travel frequently to remote mining sites across Indonesia.
- Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
