Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients in the mining and quarrying sectors.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to customize solutions tailored to specific client operational challenges.
- Analyze client requirements and provide expert advice on equipment selection, process optimization, and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and regular sales reports to track progress and forecast growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively identify new business opportunities within the mining industry.
- Provide comprehensive after-sales technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, mining technologies, and competitive products to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales professional in the mining, quarrying, or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of mining processes, crushing equipment, conveyor systems, or related machinery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites and industrial locations across the region.
- Result-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard sales methodologies.
