- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with OEMs and System Integrators in Central Peninsular Malaysia
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations for motion control solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and solution documentation
- Partner with engineering teams to address complex customer requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or motion control applications
- Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and motion control technologies
- Proven track record in OEM and System Integrator channel development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to analyze technical requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
