Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within the Indonesian automotive manufacturing sector.
- Provide expert technical advice and product demonstrations to clients to ensure optimal equipment application.
- Conduct site visits to analyze client production workflows and propose customized Atlas Copco solutions.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact technical presentations and formal commercial proposals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including production managers and procurement teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Coordinate with technical support and service teams to ensure seamless equipment installation and post-sales satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the automotive or heavy machinery industry.
- Strong understanding of industrial assembly processes, pneumatic tools, or power systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to travel frequently to client sites across the region.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
