Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the North-East Region to drive repeat business and referrals
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the value of PERSOL's solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for revenue growth
- Provide technical expertise to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring product alignment with their needs
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotes, and contract documents
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position PERSOL's offerings
- Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar technical sales role
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex products and solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with the North-East Region market and customer preferences
