Are you a driven technical professional with a passion for sales? UBoT is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our expanding team in Northern Malaysia. As a key representative of our innovative technical solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving market penetration across Penang, Ipoh, and Kulim.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering solutions and client business needs. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, delivering high-impact technical presentations, and ensuring our clients receive the best-in-class support they expect from UBoT. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand UBoT's market presence in the Northern region.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored engineering solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure project feasibility and successful implementation.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and relationship management to key accounts.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields).
  • Proven track record of 2-5 years in technical sales or business development, preferably in the automation or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Northern Malaysia industrial landscape (Penang, Kulim, Ipoh).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications effectively.
  • Aggressive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the Northern region to meet clients.
