In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our cutting-edge technical solutions and the complex needs of the Oil & Gas industry. You will be responsible for identifying high-value business opportunities, conducting deep-dive technical consultations, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Provide expert-level technical presentations and demonstrations to clients to explain complex system integrations.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to tailor technical solutions that meet specific client project requirements.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and site visits to contract negotiation and final closure.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technological advancements.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and detailed reporting for executive management.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless after-sales support and technical consultation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the Oil & Gas or heavy industrial equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of upstream and downstream Oil & Gas processes and technical terminology.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently to project sites and client offices across Indonesia.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
