Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions
- Demonstrate product capabilities and technical features to potential clients
- Conduct product presentations and technical training for clients and partners
- Prepare technical proposals and documentation tailored to client needs
- Act as a technical resource throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide competitive insights
- Work closely with product development teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests
- Assist in the development of sales materials and technical collateral
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMK or D3 degree in any field (technical majors such as engineering, mechatronics, mechanical, or electrical are preferred)
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex products and systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software and presentation tools
