Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their technical requirements.
- Provide expert technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase product capabilities.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to design custom solutions that meet specific customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, technical quotations, and tender documents.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure successful implementation and long-term client satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to project closing.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields).
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales capacity.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage for the Penang market.
- Ability to travel within the region as required to meet clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
