Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations for protection relays and switchgear systems
- Analyze client requirements and propose customized solutions for utility-scale power protection needs
- Collaborate with sales team to create compelling proposals and commercial strategies
- Provide pre-sales technical support including system design, specification validation, and troubleshooting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in utilities sector
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities for protection systems
- Prepare technical documentation including proposals, quotes, and solution architectures
- Stay updated on industry standards, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales engineering for power protection equipment
- Deep knowledge of protection relays, switchgear, and electrical power systems
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with utilities, industrial plants, or power distribution companies
- Proficiency in power system analysis software (e.g., ETAP, DigSILENT)
- Certification in power protection systems (e.g., SEL University, ABB University) preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills
