- Present and demonstrate robotic systems to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized technical solutions for clients
- Conduct product training and workshops for internal and external audiences
- Prepare technical proposals and documentation aligned with client requirements
- Monitor industry trends and competitor technologies to maintain competitive edge
- Provide critical feedback to engineering teams for product enhancements
- Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses and solution architecture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or robotics support
- Strong proficiency in robotics, automation, and IoT technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools
- Certification in robotics or automation technologies (preferred)
