Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive networking and prospecting.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with client requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in technical sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of the technology sector and consultative sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Malay.
- Self-motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude and strong resilience.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel locally to meet client requirements as needed.
