Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
- Promote and sell a wide range of safety equipment and industrial supplies to existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical advice to customers to ensure product satisfaction.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports and track market trends to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the industrial or safety equipment industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Strong understanding of safety products and technical specifications.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Valid driving license is preferred, as travel to client sites may be required.
