Mitsubishi Electric, a global leader in high-performance HVAC and chiller solutions, is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to join our expanding team in Singapore. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our chiller solutions business, bridging the gap between cutting-edge engineering and commercial growth.
You will play a pivotal role in identifying market opportunities, fostering long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and building owners, and providing technical leadership to ensure our energy-efficient cooling solutions remain the gold standard in the industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for chiller products.
- Provide expert technical consultancy to clients, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits and product demonstrations to showcase the energy efficiency and performance of Mitsubishi Electric solutions.
- Prepare accurate technical proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial inquiry to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide customized HVAC solutions for complex commercial projects.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge in the Singapore market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in technical sales, specifically within the HVAC or chiller industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling load calculations, and energy management principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and project specifications.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team culture.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is preferred.
