Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships in the lift and escalator industry
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and solution consultations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design customized vertical transportation systems
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales proposals and contract negotiations
- Drive new business acquisition and achieve quarterly sales targets
- Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to project handover
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering
- Strong understanding of lift/escalator systems and safety regulations
- Proven track record in B2B sales with complex solution selling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical aptitude
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid Singapore driving license (for client site visits)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
