Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical sales support and product demonstrations for sheet metal fabrication solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand engineering requirements and propose customized solutions
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and documentation for manufacturing projects
- Coordinate between engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure project feasibility
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities
- Train sales team on technical specifications and applications of sheet metal products
- Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or engineering roles within manufacturing
- Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and materials
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical aptitude
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management
- Ability to travel to client sites and fabrication facilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian industrial standards and manufacturing regulations
