Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for Smart Factory software and hardware solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Analyze client manufacturing processes to recommend and implement effective system optimizations.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth solution integration and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technology and sales are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience in B2B sales or technical support is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites when required.
