Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients in the pulp & paper industry
- Develop and deliver customized technical solutions that address specific customer requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and overcome technical objections
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including product specifications, system integration, and implementation planning
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotes, and documentation to support the sales process
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in the pulp & paper sector
- Train and educate customers on product features, benefits, and technical applications
- Work closely with product development teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales engineering, preferably in the pulp & paper industry
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex products and systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical sales environment
- Ability to travel across Jabotabek to meet with clients and conduct on-site demonstrations
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to the pulp & paper sector
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and technical tools
