Tanggung Jawab
- Technical Sales Support: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, explaining technical specifications and benefits of instrumentation and thermal solutions.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the instrumentation and thermal industry to identify new business opportunities.
- Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact for technical inquiries.
- Technical Consultation: Provide expert consultation to customers to determine the best technical solutions that align with their operational needs.
- Closing Support: Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing the necessary technical data, quotes, and support.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and relay technical concerns back to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales within the instrumentation or industrial sector.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of instrumentation, thermal systems, and industrial processes.
- Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
