Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial and construction sectors in the Surabaya region.
- Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations for lifting, rigging, and fall protection equipment to ensure client safety and compliance.
- Prepare accurate technical proposals, quotations, and sales contracts to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess client requirements and offer tailored safety solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal technical team to troubleshoot equipment application issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and professional post-sales support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial preferred) or equivalent technical background.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the industrial or safety equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of lifting and rigging safety standards and fall protection systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Proven ability to build rapport with site managers, procurement officers, and engineering teams.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a high-pressure environment.
- Valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel to client project sites as needed.
