Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical support and conduct product demonstrations to potential clients in the Northern Region.
- Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) products and solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits to factories to assess operational needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the internal technical team to develop customized proposals and quotations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of MRO products, industrial machinery, or construction materials is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Ability to travel within the Northern Region (Perai, Butterworth, etc.) as required for client meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and possess a strong results-oriented mindset.
