Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for top hammer drilling and crushing equipment
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities in mining/construction sectors
- Analyze customer requirements to recommend optimal equipment configurations and solutions
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
- Provide post-sales support including commissioning assistance and troubleshooting guidance
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development
- Train internal teams on product specifications and competitive advantages
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or engineering sales role
- Deep understanding of drilling equipment (especially top hammer systems) and crushing machinery
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to interpret engineering specifications and blueprints
- Proven ability to build and maintain high-value customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Proficiency in sales CRM tools and proposal software
- Self-motivated with demonstrated results in achieving sales targets
