Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training programs focused on technical product knowledge and sales methodology.
  • Coach and mentor sales engineers to improve presentation skills, discovery techniques, and value-based selling.
  • Create high-quality training materials, including playbooks, documentation, and interactive e-learning modules.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments to identify knowledge gaps and implement targeted coaching interventions.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay updated on new feature releases and technical updates.
  • Facilitate role-play scenarios and mock demos to prepare sales teams for real-world client interactions.
  • Analyze sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and optimize learning paths accordingly.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or corporate training roles.
  • Strong public speaking and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of the technical sales lifecycle and solution selling frameworks.
  • Proven ability to translate highly technical information into simplified, customer-centric value propositions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills, with a track record of driving team performance.
