Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Bali market, focusing on residential and commercial water heating projects.
- Provide expert technical advice and product demonstrations to potential clients, contractors, and architects.
- Conduct site visits to assess installation requirements and provide accurate technical recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for water heater products.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and market analysis for the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within HVAC, plumbing, or industrial water systems.
- Strong understanding of water heater technology, heating systems, and installation standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence technical decision-makers.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Bali region for site visits and client meetings.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle is highly preferred.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
