Tanggung Jawab
- Drive B2B sales activities for water quality analysers, focusing on new business acquisition and key account expansion.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, including active participation in tender processes and government projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops for clients and partners.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical support and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, specifically within the water treatment, environmental monitoring, or analytical instrumentation industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of water quality parameters, analytical principles, and relevant industry standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, propose effective solutions, and close sales.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license in Singapore is essential.
- Prior experience working with consultants, contractors, and governmental bodies in Singapore would be an advantage.
