You will manage a designated territory, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders and providing ongoing technical support. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets within the KL region.
- Service existing client accounts by conducting regular site visits and providing high-quality technical support.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand NCH Asia's market share in the water treatment sector.
- Plan and organize daily work schedules to effectively manage client calls, site inspections, and follow-ups.
- Provide technical consultations, including water sampling and system analysis, to recommend tailored chemical treatment solutions.
- Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to troubleshoot client issues and ensure optimal performance of water treatment systems.
- Maintain an accurate CRM database of client interactions, pipeline opportunities, and sales progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial water treatment or chemicals.
- Strong understanding of water treatment processes, cooling tower systems, or boiler water management is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driving license and personal transportation for daily site visits across the region.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; familiarity with local dialects is an added advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical data into value-based sales solutions.
