In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering requirements and client business needs, focusing on high-growth sectors including Waterjet cutting technology, structural steel, and premium building materials.
As our Sales Engineer, you will be the face of our company, driving new business acquisition while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and procurement managers. You will leverage your technical background to provide consultative sales, demonstrating how our specialized material solutions can improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the structural integrity of your clients' projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share in the Waterjet, Steel, and Building Material sectors.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Identify and qualify leads through networking, industry events, and cold outreach.
- Prepare accurate project quotations, technical proposals, and tender submissions.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering and production teams to ensure project specifications meet client requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve client inquiries.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Materials Science) or equivalent industrial experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the construction, steel, or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel frequently within the West Region to visit client sites and project locations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
