- Manage and nurture key customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Prepare detailed technical quotations and proposals aligned with client requirements
- Coordinate end-to-end sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical consultations
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing) to align sales strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Travel internationally to meet clients and support regional initiatives
- Track sales metrics and maintain accurate CRM records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years in sales engineering or technical sales role
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage full sales cycle independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Willingness to travel internationally (20-30% of time)
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
