Tanggung Jawab
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Engineers, setting clear performance goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Technical Solution Design: Design and present complex technical architectures and solutions that address specific client pain points and business objectives.
- Client Engagement: Conduct high-level technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations, and solution workshops with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, from initial lead qualification to contract closure.
- Product Feedback: Gather and analyze technical feedback from the field to work with product management teams on roadmap improvements and feature enhancements.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor technologies, and emerging best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proposal Development: Create compelling technical proposals, white papers, and ROI analyses that effectively communicate the value of our products.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Technical Sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of [Industry-Specific Software/Hardware] and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences.
